Performance characteristics
This machine is mainly used for hot free forging process of disc type blank parts, ring type parts, and hot forging and hot forging of other products.
The working pressure and stroke of this machine can be adjusted within the specified parameter range according to the process requirements.
This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can achieve manual and semi-automatic operation modes. This machine has the characteristics of sensitive and simple operation, low noise, stable pressure, fast downward and return, and can meet the needs of different production processes.
It is particularly suitable for the stretching forming, flanging, bending and other processes of metal thin and thick plate parts. The hydraulic system adopts a two-way plug-in valve, which has the characteristics of high idle speed and adjustable edge pressure, making it an ideal equipment for stretching thin plate parts. The electrical system adopts PLC programmable controller, which is easy and reliable to operate. This series of hydraulic presses has two mechanism forms: four villages and frame.
This machine can be used as the first process equipment for hydraulic press stamping production lines, or as a regular hydraulic press. The maximum nominal force can reach 30000kN, nominal pressure: 1000~30000kN. Note: All parameters can be designed according to user needs.
